Is there a minimum FICO score requirement?
We require our borrowers to have a minimum FICO score of 660. Our recommendation is to always speak with a team member to explore options regardless.

What is the minimum loan amount required?
We require a minimum loan amount of $90,000.

Do you lend to owner occupied?
No, Our lending is specifically for non-owner-occupied properties.

Do you lend to individuals or businesses?
We lend to business entities in all states. Part of the approval process we do require personal information in addition to the business entity, which can include more than 1 owner/member.

How do I qualify or get approved for a loan?
Our approach is “Solutions Based Lending” The first step is to speak with one of our lending consultants. They can guide you through the process and programs best suited to meet your Real Estate Goals. (We do have a short online form you can use to begin as well.)
