OnArdhi is a direct residential private lender for real estate investors and builders. We make fix-and-flip, bridge, DSCR rental, and construction loans.
All of our loans are business-purpose, on non-owner-occupied property. That means no TRID, no consumer disclosures, and no 45-day timelines. Our files move on investor timelines, typically closing in about 10 days.
We're a growing team and our pipeline has outgrown our bandwidth. We need someone who owns the file from application to funding and keeps deals moving.

Role Description
This is a ground-floor seat at a fast-scaling fintech lender.
Summary: You will own the loan file from application to funding and post-close. We close in about 10 days on average, so speed and organization matter. You'll work directly with the founder, our Investment Lending Advisors, and our capital markets team to keep every deal moving and every partner informed.

Role Description
This is a ground-floor seat at a fast-scaling fintech lender. You will own two lanes - operations and marketing - simultaneously. Our founder is a high-output communicator who needs a sharp executor: someone who can take a whiteboard idea and turn it into a campaign, a Salesforce workflow, or a client email.

This role focuses on business-purpose / investor loans. No Licensing is required.
