Marketing & Operations Assistant
Location:
Atlanta (Hybrid preferred) / Remote considered
Type: Full-time or Contract-to-hire
Summary: Help us build the marketing engine behind a modern direct lender. You’ll work directly with the exec team to launch campaigns, tighten the website, and turn new ideas into shipped initiatives, fast. This role is equal parts creative execution and operational discipline.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and launch new marketing initiatives (weekly shipping rhythm)
- Turn raw ideas into real assets: landing pages, emails, offers, and campaign sequences
- Help shape positioning and messaging for our direct lender rollout and program offerings
Own the “marketing ops” backbone
- Build and schedule email campaigns (announcements, newsletters, follow-ups)
- Update landing pages: copy edits, CTA tests, basic layout improvements
- Keep lead intake organized (tagging, routing, follow-up reminders)
- Coordinate small vendor tasks (design, ads support, site tweaks)
- Support light content creation (simple posts, basic graphics, formatting)
What we’re looking for
- Extremely organized + reliable communicator
- Comfortable learning tools quickly (web editor, email platform, spreadsheets)
- Good writing instincts (short, clear, confident)
- Can work independently and “close loops” without chasing
Success in 30 / 60 / 90 days
- 30: campaigns shipping weekly; site updates same-day; leads tracked cleanly
- 60: consistent reporting rhythm; landing pages improving; fewer dropped balls
- 90: repeatable campaign machine with less founder involvement
Bonus points
- Experience with Duda, Constant Contact, Google/Bing/Meta Ads basics, or simple design tools (Canva/Figma)
Investment Lending Advisor (ILA)
This role focuses on business-purpose / investor loans. No Licensing is required.

Summary: Drive investor loan production end-to-end. Convert inbound leads and build your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, and local investor networking. You’ll run a clean, repeatable sales process from first contact → term sheet → funded loan.
What you’ll do
Inbound + House Accounts
- Respond to inbound leads fast (call/text/email) and run a quick deal screen
- Work existing house accounts: follow up on past inquiries, warm leads, and repeat investors
- Reactivate dormant leads with structured outreach (weekly touch cadence)
Self-sourced production
- Build a personal pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals (agents, wholesalers, builders, investor groups, CPAs, etc.)
- Attend local networking events and investor meetups; represent OnArdhi professionally
- Create and manage a simple “top 50” relationship list and work it weekly
Execution + Process
- Explain process clearly and set the next step every time
- Collect minimum docs and coordinate clean handoffs to processing/underwriting
- Keep borrowers moving (follow-ups, status updates, removing friction)
- Maintain disciplined pipeline notes, stages, and next actions
- Coordinate with ops/capital markets so term sheets align with execution
What we’re looking for
- Confident phone presence; calm under pressure
- Strong follow-up habits — you don’t let things drift
- Comfortable with both inbound conversion and outbound self-sourcing
- Process-driven and detail-oriented; organized pipeline management
- Familiarity with investor loans (Fix & Flip / RTL / DSCR) preferred
- Atlanta investor network is a plus (or proven ability to build one quickly)
Success in 30 / 60 / 90 days
- 30: fast speed-to-lead; consistent qualification calls; disciplined pipeline process
- 60: predictable weekly pipeline rhythm; active outreach + event cadence; improved pull-through
- 90: meaningful funded volume with a mix of inbound + self-sourced production; repeat borrowers starting
