The Market

Residential transitional lending is one of the largest, most fragmented asset-based lending markets in the U.S. a short-duration, first-lien asset class secured by physical real estate. Post-2023 regional bank retrenchment has accelerated the migration of experienced real estate investors toward non-bank lenders, while a structural housing supply deficit and aging housing stock continue to drive sustained renovation and value-add demand.
